The shelves are 4" thick top and bottom and 3" thick middle shelves The shelves are 20"x26" which gives you 20" deep and "24" between the posts

. The bottom shelf is 2" off the floor then 12" space and 2-9" spaces. Total Height 46". There is a pilot hole pre tapped for each shelf and all you have to do is match up the numbered shelfs to the numbered posts and screw in the screws with a cordless drill or a hand screw driver. 30 minutes and you are done.
